community service

Everyday save for inclement weather, Owen Mussington without fail can be seen doing community service on the Sandy Hill beach with his oversized rake removing the sargassum seaweed. The occasional person will join to chat or help for a few minutes. But there is a standing invitation for you. If you are retired, on vacation or just have some time to kill feel free to join him and keep the seaweed at bay. It’s a community service that will give you a feel good sensation and energize you at the same time. The sargassum seaweed is coming again invading and taking over the beaches but if we are proactive and manage the accumulation through community service the task will not be as daunting. Community is about the cumulative, and Owen need some assistance so come out to help.
